Come sing for a good harvest! With music and morris dancing from Moonshine Border Morris side and friends.
Free, informal, just turn up
What to bring:
Warm clothes (optional nature and apple theme)
A torch or lantern (no fire allowed)
Cider or apple juice (add honey, spices and heat for a wassail drink)
Something to bang or make a noise, to ward off any evil spirits and wake the trees from their winter slumber
Your voice, to serenade the trees (you don't have to sing if you don't want to)

Please car share or cycle if you can, parking available but limited. No toilets on site. The number 2 bus stops right by Merstone Station and the stop is called "Newlands".
UPDATE: Join the bike ride out to our Wassail from Newport! Meet at 3.15 at the track entrance in Shide (near the Christmas Tree place) where George Wilks will be leading for CYCLEWight. Why not join in with the nature and apple theme and adorn yourselves and your bikes to fit. Bring lights and be aware that the track is muddy.
